It will be made with water (for flavor only) or a high-fat liquid-like copra oil or half-and-half (which will absorb the CBD so you'll get high). To create stem tea, decarboxylate your stems then grind them and wrap in an exceedingly coffee filter/DIY tea bag. Simmer on low heat for a minimum of seven minutes then mix along with your favorite tea or hot cocoa.

Twist the fibers together tightly to create a rope then fold the rope over and twist again.
